Sam has owned and operated two real estate and loan brokerages since 1976,
this following twelve years experience with John Burnham & Company,
the largest privately owned commercial real estate, mortgage and insurance
company in San Diego. He has complemented his real estate career with
teaching assignments at San Diego area colleges. He taught real estate
principles, practice, appraisal and taxation.

Sam's professional background encompasses diverse areas of real estate
finance, commercial property development and brokerage that include:
real estate financial services (several million per year), shopping center
finance and development, office and retail leasing, property management
and sales.

Since 1990 Sam has performed loan brokerage for all type of credit risks
and loan sizes. He is ready to assist with solving difficult financing situations.
Sam takes borrowers through time-sensitive funding problems and
re-establishment of credit to standard financing.
